"I’ve had insurance with them for few years, it used to be a very friendly company. somehow all the sudden they deny to renew my policy, since then IDK what they’ve done to my insurance it increases my rate and they keep refusing to have insurance with them, I’ve been asking for the reason they don’t give me any updates, worst thing ever their agent who she claims the manager asked me if i still have my Nebraska or whatever state was it while i haven’t even been there for a visit , i insisted to give me a reason why can’t have policy with? she asked me to contact Lexis Nexus. I called other state farm agents they give me quote without even saying anything. I’m still shocked on how they have me on their system with a random state driver’s license or she just made an excuse. Whatever it’s. it’s just this specific agent system, very strange"

"If I could give a hundred stars to this State Farm office I would. I can’t truly explain the level of stress and loss you feel when something destroys your home to the point where you are no longer able to live in it. Having to pack up my kids and my family and watch as our home was demolished down to the beams was beyond heartbreaking. Erica Hickman, and Kevin McGraw stepped up for our family in a big way when our fire sprinkler system broke and flooded our house. If I knew that reaching out to my own agent’s office would help this much, I would have done it sooner. Erica showed my so much support, and concern, and actual human care for me and my family when tragedy struck our lives. She listened to me, made phone calls on our behalf, and made sure she stayed with us until we were able to get resolve. Kevin McGraw also helped us by getting our claim in front of the right people to make sure we were taken care of. Having an agency that actually cares about their clients and comes to their rescue when you need it is irreplaceable. Thank you Erica, and thank you Kevin."

"Going to the Mcgraw State Farm Insurance is like going into a family. When Frank was diagnosed with stage four cancer, we came home to a balloon fruit basket. We love getting their calendars and pens and all the extra special things. We’ve come really attached to Jackie, as she has come to jump to our age several times, and he’s so friendly and open and caring. All the staff is great, but she seems to stand out. Look forward to many years of getting to talk to this cheerful person and all the others."

"Today was the 1st day I have ever encountered disrespect from Kevin's office staff. Lauren Nasi, simply did not quote me state laws re: insurance coverage. She also refused to allow me to speak with Kevin. Since Kevin had also never responded to my email request, apparently this office need retraining on customer service relations. If they have treated others the way they treated me today, God help State Farm. You can't stay in business disrespecting clients or being bias to people who are different from your staff. I am very disappointed in State Farm and feel they should still honor the code of client relations in place of attempting to denigrate those who are of a different race. Opps!!!!"

Ms. Nasi has been in our office for close to 2 years and was hired based on her excellent communication and customer service skills. I have personally listened to hundreds of conversations she has had with our customers and have never, ever had anything close to this. My office has been in business for close to 20 years and our reputation in the community is one of being there for our customers and providing the best possible advice and service in a friendly, professional way. If, in any way, you felt disrespected I sincerely apologize. For the record our office staff comes from several nationalities, races and backgrounds."
